MileProof helps users track mileage, receipts, expenses, income, reports, and related tax-record evidence. Users are responsible for reviewing records for accuracy before using them for reimbursement, tax filing, accounting, or business decisions.
MileProof estimates deductions, reimbursements, profit, and tax reserves from records you enter or capture. Estimates are informational and are not tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Subscriptions are handled through Apple App Store in-app purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account. Existing user data remains visible and exportable if a subscription expires or is canceled, but new premium actions may lock.
Do not use MileProof to store unlawful content or records you do not have the right to process. You are responsible for complying with employer, tax, accounting, privacy, and transportation rules that apply to your work.
